Our state-of-the-art facilities are fully integrated, from inward inspection of raw materials to outward finished products, ensuring adherence to high-quality global standards. Our manufacturing facilities are spread across an area of 70,000 square feet and is fully self-sufficient in terms of machinery, sterilisation, testing lab and storage facilities. All clean rooms are to Class 10,000 standards and the catheters are manufactured under Class 100 conditions.
With our background, expertise and attention to quality, we have now launched medical devices in the Critical Care & Anaesthesia segment. Under the Zephaire brand, our range includes central venous catheter, ventilator circuit, anaesthesia circuit, catheter mount, bacterial & viral filter, oxygen mask, nebuliser kit, nasal cannula etc.
We export our products to many parts of the globe including SAARC countries, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, North and sub-Saharan Africa.

The blood tubing set and AV fistula needle manufactured by Browndove are CE certified products. Other products are in the pipeline for CE.
